应彼此连结, 彼此合一的

弟兄们，我藉我们主耶稣基督的名，劝你们都说一样的话。你们中间也不可分党，只要一心一意，彼此相合。因为革来氏家里的人曾对我提起弟兄们来，说你们中间有纷争。我的意思就是你们各人说：“我是属保罗的”,“我是属亚波罗的”,“我是属矶法的”,“我是属基督的”。基督是分开的吗？保罗为你们钉了十字架吗？你们是奉保罗的名受了洗吗？我感谢神，除了基利司布并该犹以外，我没有给你们一个人施洗...基督差遣我，原不是为施洗，乃是为传福音，并不用智慧的言语，免得基督的十字架落了空。(哥林多前书1章10-17节)

主，求你赦免我们常因个人领受，彼此相争，让你伤透了心。求你怜悯，且让我们真的明白此真理，竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心，免得耶稣的十字架落空。感谢祷告奉耶稣得胜的名祈求，阿们！

丰富的恩典

我常为你们感谢我的神，因神在基督耶稣里所赐给你们的恩惠，又因你们在他里面凡事富足，口才知识都全备。正如我为基督作的见证，在你们心里得以坚固，以致你们在恩赐上没有一样不及人的，等候我们的主耶稣基督显现。他也必坚固你们到底，叫你们在我们主耶稣基督的日子无可责备。神是信实的，你们原是被他所召，好与他儿子，我们的主耶稣基督一同得分。（哥林多前书1章4-9节）

我们与神同工，祂赐给我们恩赐，让我们服事人，让祂的恩典透过我们临到别人身上，而我们成为那个管道。今天不但你要蒙恩，神也要藉着你，将恩典流入周围的人身上。感谢主，这个世界虽然有苦难，仇敌虽然有攻击，但神是在一生中坚固你我的神，祂要保守我们，直到衪再来的日子。

主，感谢你，因为在你裡面有何等丰富的恩典，为我们预备。再次敞开自己的生命在你面前，领受你的恩典，愿你再次坚固我们的信心，一生跟随你。感谢祷告奉耶稣得胜的名祈求，阿们！

彼此包容接纳，不批评论断

奉　神旨意，蒙召作耶稣基督使徒的保罗 同兄弟所提尼，写信给在哥林多　神的教会，就是在基督耶稣里成圣，蒙召作圣徒的，以及所有在各处求告我主耶稣基督之名的人。基督是他们的主，也是我们的主。愿恩惠平安，从　神我们的父并主耶稣基督归与你们! (哥林多前书1章1-3节)

每个人属灵成长道路都不同，保罗在这里说，基督是他们的主，也是我们的主。基督不但在我们身上雕塑我们，也在别人身上雕塑他们。所以让我们彼此包容接纳，千万不要批评论断，因为神在每个人身上的工作都不一样；但无论如何，基督都是我们的主。在成长过程中，我们常给自己很多的借口，却很少给别人成长的空间。其实基督正在每个人身上工作，让我们给予彼此成长的空间，直到能更像耶稣基督的样式。

主，感谢你，因为你是我们的主，也是所有基督徒的主。让我们在基督里彼此包容、彼此学习，直到我们完全像你一样。感谢祷告奉耶稣得胜的名祈求，阿们！

不可停止聚会

又要彼此相顾，激发爱心，勉励行善。你们不可停止聚会，好像那些停止惯了的人，倒要彼此劝勉。既知道那日子临近，就更当如此。(希伯来书10章24-25节)

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, ²⁵ not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10: 24-25)

主，感谢你赐给我们诸般的恩典；你不但赐给我们主里的喜乐，也赐给我们弟兄姊妹间彼此相交的喜乐。愿主感动我们，每次聚集时常常激发爱心，勉励行善，好让我们每天都能活出耶稣荣美的见证。感谢祷告奉耶稣得胜的名祈求，阿们！

聆听，分享，陪伴，尊重

🍁Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. (Psalm 139:16)

🍁我未成形的体质，你的眼早已看见了。你所定的日子，我尚未度一日（或作我被造的肢体尚未有其一），你都写在你的册上了。(诗篇 139:16)

🍀Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. （Ephesians 4:29)

🍀污秽的言语，一句不可出口，只要随事说造就人的好话，叫听见的人得益处。（以弗所书 4：29）

Second last Sunday service in BBT2 church

Thanks to the pastor and church for the farewell foods today. Also thanks for the prayer by 杨鈡禄牧师. During one of the Sunday service last month, another 牧师 also prayed for me. Feeling blessed and grateful for these prayers. Praise the Lord. 

Also grateful for the opportunity of serving in the church past 5 years starting 2019 when I first started my gazzetement in HTAR Klang. 

Feeling blessed for the thoughtful gift 🎁 from the church committee members 😄 

Thought today will be my last play for the church service but thank God for another play next Sunday. The scheduled pianist next week couldn't make it last minute so I happily replacing him. Feeling reluctant to leave this place 🥺

Early preparations and get ready for new chapter

 3 years of intensive care training require much much much x1000 reading. Never enough of self update and trials to read up. 

Few advices from senior who had passed the final viva: 
1st year: The period of picking up new things

2nd year: Knowledges consolidation year 

3rd year: Viva practice with batchmate or study buddies. Much practices needed.

Trials are very important to quote from during examination. Also important during discussion with others primary teams. 

OH's manual intensive care book- is a must to finish reading from cover to cover. Mainly to know the keywords and you may start to notice the main contributors (world renowned intensivist) of certain specific topics. Initial reading may feel dry but with daily practice, it will give more understanding/ make sense during the readings.

HkL training mainly learn about managing large load of critically ill patient with daily referral ranging 20-30/ day. Also good training on management of critically ill surgical patients. 

Important point in ICU management- sustainability of practice and man power. Talking about long late round, practical or not? better outcome of patient management?

CRRT/ AKI management- importance of physiological and internal understanding (Much to learn from CRRT management in HRPB ICU- Dr Foong)

Deep understanding of trials and pathology important for communication with other teams regarding clinical management rational.

Pre congress workshop on antimicrobial tx

Decided to come for ASMIC 2024. Paid total RM 1550.00 (RM1200 for grand conference and RM350 for precongress workshop)

Manage to google up a nearby cheap parking at Quill city mall 😎 with weekday maxîmum rate of only RM10 🥳 1km city walk to the destination. 

Parking at Shangri-La itself is limited and RM16 charge.
